  5. I noticed that on the ribbon on Page Layout in Excel 2013 there are 3 rows and you can see the command Scale but you can't see it in Excel 2016. Am I right? Why 2016 had less commands and rows in the ribbon? Can we add a 3rd row on the ribbon?
